Roof: 19mm tongue and groove with a contemporary pent design, made to help rainwater run off and with a generous overhang to cut down sun glare.
Roof cover upgrades: the roof does not include a weatherproof cover as standard, so SBS, roof underlay felt and heavy-duty roofing nails are advised as optional extras.
SBS weatherproof roof covering: a thick torch-on felt with a very long lifespan and strong weatherproof performance; professional fitting is recommended unless advanced DIY skills are available.
Roof underlay felt: easy to nail on, but only intended as a temporary cover or to work alongside the SBS layer.
Bifold doors: fitted with 4-6-4mm toughened double glazing for better insulation and to handle busy family garden use.
