    With two entrance points, you can design the 23.9m² of space that the 15×18 Palmako Irene 44mm Log Cabin offers in a multitude of ways to suit your lifestyle and needs, such as a home office, summer house or home gym. Made from high quality Nordic spruce, the 44mm interlocking logs are chalet-cut for improved protection against wind and rain. Further strength and stability is provided by wind braces for a robust, durable garden cabin. The roof and floor are constructed from 19mm tongue and groove cladding, well-known for its weather resistance, durability and strength – with the floor also being supported by treated foundation joists providing a long-lasting and hardwearing surface for the many years of use this space will receive. With both a half-glazed side entrance door and a set of fully-glazed double doors (doors all fitted with safety glass) as well as two long windows flanking the entrance and a large double opening window – all Georgian in style – this garden cabin benefits from an abundance of light and ventilation. All are double glazed with rubber seals providing enhanced insulation for the garden cabin. For increased strength and improved resistance to adverse reactions to extreme temperatures, such as warping or cracking, the door frames are laminated in construction. The low door sills feature stainless steel covers to protect the wood from damage in this high traffic area. Key-operated cylinder locks provide security A five year guarantee supports the high quality of this garden building. The garden cabin is supplied untreated; we would recommend that an initial anti-fungal treatment is applied and repeated annually thereafter to support the guarantee. Alternatively, paint could be applied to suit your preference or garden design. The Irene from Palmako is also available as a 12×18, 13×13 and 17×18 log cabin. Please be advised that the roof does not include a cover as standard. Select from SBS, Charcoal Felt Shingles or Roof Felt Underlay as an optional upgrade. (SBS weatherproof roof covering is a thick, torch-on felt with an exceptionally long lifespan and outstanding weatherproof qualities. Unless you possess advanced DIY skills, we recommend hiring a professional installer. Heavy-duty Charcoal Felt Roof Shingles are a permanent weatherproof roof covering, which is attractive, easy to instal and extremely durable.
