£2,609.00

Enjoy being in your summerhouse or home office, taking in the views of your garden on a sunny day or safely tucked away in the warm interior of this 13×10 Palmako Iris 28mm Log Cabin on a wet and windy day. Stylishly constructed from thick 28mm Nordic Spruce, the interlocking logs and wind braces provide a strong and robust design, with authentic chalet style straight cut log ends, reflecting the high quality build, design and materials used. The durable floor is constructed from 19mm tongue and groove cladding, well-known for its strength and weather resistance, providing a long-lasting and hardwearing surface for this popular outdoor space. The reverse apex roof is built from 16mm tongue and groove cladding, which makes a strong and reliable canopy for the structure. Glazed double entrance doors, fitted with double toughened glass and a cylinder lock, lead into the bright and welcoming space inside. For increased strength and improved resistance to adverse reactions to extreme temperatures, such as warping or cracking, the door frames are laminated in construction. To ensure good insulation the window and doors have rubber seals and silicone. The low door sill features a stainless steel cover to protect wood from damage in this high wear area. Light and ventilation is provided by a further single glazed, real glass, opening window. The cabin is supplied untreated with a five year guarantee. We would suggest that an initial anti-fungal treatment is applied and repeated annually thereafter to support the guarantee. Alternatively, paint could be applied for a more individual style. Please be advised that the roof does not include a cover as standard. Select from SBS, Charcoal Felt Shingles or Roof Felt Underlay as an optional upgrade. (SBS weatherproof roof covering is a thick, torch-on felt with an exceptionally long lifespan and outstanding weatherproof qualities. Unless you possess advanced DIY skills, we recommend hiring a professional installer. Heavy-duty Charcoal Felt Roof Shingles are a permanent weatherproof roof covering, which is attractive, easy to instal and extremely durable. Roof Underlay Felt is simple to nail on to the garden building but is only designed as a temporary solution until you have added a permanent weatherproof roof cover upgrade.) Embrace the Beauty of Nordic Spruce

The Palmako Iris Log Cabin is crafted from high-quality 28mm Nordic Spruce, a material renowned for its durability and aesthetic appeal. The interlocking logs not only enhance the cabin’s structural integrity but also contribute to its charming chalet style. This choice of material ensures that your log cabin will remain a beautiful and reliable feature in your garden for years to come.

Strength and Stability with Tongue and Groove Cladding

The cabin’s 19mm tongue and groove cladding floor is a testament to its robust construction. Known for its strength and weather resistance, this flooring provides a solid and long-lasting surface, making it suitable for various uses, from a home office to a relaxing summer retreat. The reverse apex roof, built from 16mm tongue and groove cladding, adds to the overall resilience of the structure, offering reliable protection from the elements.

Security and Insulation at Its Finest

Security is a top priority with the Palmako Iris Log Cabin. The glazed double entrance doors are fitted with double toughened glass and a secure cylinder lock, ensuring peace of mind for all occupants. To further enhance security and resistance to extreme temperatures, the door frames are laminated. Insulation is optimized with rubber seals and silicone around the windows and doors, keeping the interior comfortable throughout the year.

Customise Your Roof for Ultimate Protection

While the cabin is supplied untreated with a five-year guarantee, it does not include a standard roof cover. You have the option to select from SBS, Charcoal Felt Shingles, or Roof Felt Underlay for additional protection. SBS weatherproof roof covering is known for its long lifespan and outstanding weather resistance, while Charcoal Felt Shingles provide a durable and attractive finish. Roof Felt Underlay is a temporary solution, ideal until you choose a permanent upgrade.

The Palmako Iris Log Cabin features a single glazed, real glass, opening window, allowing fresh air to circulate while providing ample light. This thoughtful design ensures that your summerhouse remains a bright and pleasant space to enjoy.

Maintenance and Customisation Tips

To maintain the cabin’s appearance and longevity, it is recommended to apply an initial anti-fungal treatment and repeat this annually. Alternatively, painting the cabin can offer a more personalised style. These maintenance steps will help uphold the manufacturer’s five-year guarantee, ensuring your investment remains protected.
