Create a Level Shed Base with Ease Ensuring that your shed has a level base can be a tricky and costly process, particularly if your ground is uneven to start with. Made in the UK, this innovative shed base kit allows you to say goodbye to ground levelling or time-consuming preparations by providing a system that’s quick to install and can be adjusted to meet your specific requirements. The QuickJACK shed base system consists of 6mm thick, bright zinc-plated steel brackets that attach to key points on a wooden frame (not supplied with the kit) and can be adjusted independently to compensate from differing ground levels. These brackets offer up to 100mm of adjustment for precise levelling and are zinc plated to prevent corrosion. The whole system comes with an impressive 10-year warranty and elevating your shed has the added bonus of helping the floor timbers to stay dry, well-ventilated and free from rot. The kit can also be used to anchor your shed firmly in place. Suitable Shed Sizes and Kit Contents Each QuickJACK kit is compatible with different shed sizes. Kit 5 is designed to work with the following sheds: 14×8, 14×10, 15×10, 16×8, 16×10, 20×10 and 20×12. The kit contains 15 x corner brackets and 60 x screws. Each bracket consists of a locking nut, adjustable bracket, adjusting nut and base plate with holes to attach it to the ground. Important: The QuickJACK system needs to be attached to a wooden frame (not supplied), which will support your shed floor. You’ll therefore need the DIY skills necessary to construct this frame prior to installation. We’d recommend using timbers that are 2 inches wide.
